Job Summary

The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient, and timely processing of over-the-counter transactions. These transactions will include cash and check deposits or withdrawals, payments, foreign currency exchanges and other miscellaneous transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform start and end of day banking activities

· Ensures compliance to the Bank's policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

· Provides appropriate customer service to clients of the Bank and promote Bank's products and services

· Performs all other tasks that may be required from time to time
