Job Summary
The Client Service Associate is responsible for providing accurate, efficient and timely processing of over-the-counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign currencies and other miscellaneous transactions in line with the Banks standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
Supports and ensures compliance to the bank's policies, procedures and requirements of the Branch Banking Group.
