Client Server (Cloud) Support Engineer

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support client-server applications
- Troubleshoot server, application, and cloud issues
- Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Handle incidents, tickets, and service requests
- Perform system updates, patching, and maintenance
- Work with teams to resolve technical problems
- Ensure system performance, availability, and security
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in support or cloud environment
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with troubleshooting and ticketing tools
- Good communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Cloud certification (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools
