Client Reporting Analyst

TEKsystems client, a major Big 5 Bank in Canada, is looking to hire a Client Reporting Analyst for downtown Toronto. This role is ideal for fresh university graduates with data analysis experience and certifications such as IFIC, CPH, or CSC.

Job Description

• Book value specialist – partner with field teams to correct client book values.
• Validate and adjust book values to accurate rates.
• High‑volume SLA environment: resolve 2–3 tickets per day within 2 working days.
• Handle an influx of new requests via in‑house case management.
• Work with large figures and datasets.
• Maintain 100% accuracy while meeting SLA deadlines.

Must Have

• Previous analysis experience with large data sets.
• 6 months of wealth‑management experience (internship or work experience). If not direct, equivalent CSC or IFIC background.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
