Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Handle client inquiries and provide solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback.
Qualifications
- 1+ Years as a Client Relations Manager or similar position
- Fluent English, both verbal and written
- Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
- Willing to listen to feedback & improve
