Role Overview
Maven Workforce is hiring a Client Partner responsible for managing and growing relationships with US clients. This is a pure Customer Success role focused on value delivery, engagement, retention, and account expansion — not recruitment or sourcing.
You will act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring satisfaction, identifying opportunities, and proactively solving problems before they escalate.
