About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a boutique Financial Planning practice in Hitchin who are looking to recruit a Client Relationship Manager to join their team. They are looking for someone who is particularly strong at speaking to clients on the phone and communicating with them in other formats such as email, letter, text etc, with the main function of engaging more with existing clients.
General duties:
Answering incoming phone calls – Priority

Managing & Developing client relationships/ keeping clients happy – via calls, emails and texts.

Keeping MI on client engagement & communication.

Proactively engaging with clients using Thermometer test – detailing when last called, when last emailed, what we can do for them etc. (We don’t want relationships to become cold and clients not to think we can. We want to be proactive!)
