About the Role
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with the customers, understand customers’ business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Responsible for capturing new business, accounts and sales to increase the company’s top line.
- Lead generation & follow up, convert the lead to actual business opportunity.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline and Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Serves as a communication channel between customers and the internal team.
- Own RFQ’s, gather requirements from the customers, work with the internal team to work on the RFQ, conduct clarification meetings, follow the internal SOP’s and ensure timely submission of the quotes.
- Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
