This talented individual will handle inbound communication, respond to client inquiries, and help convert new leads into qualified clients.
This role plays an important role in maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage inbound phone calls from prospective clients.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails sent to

- Reactivate previous clients from the company database through outreach and follow-up.
