About the Role
The Client Recruitment Partner serves as the primary client-facing resource for recruitment engagements, responsible for managing hiring requests, translating client needs into actionable recruitment plans, and delivering qualified candidates within agreed timelines while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
A. Client-Facing & Account Handling
- Receive and qualify recruitment inquiries from clients
- Conduct intake discussions (role requirements, budget, timeline, expectations)
- Clarify JD scope and hiring success criteria
- Provide regular recruitment status updates to clients
- Manage client expectations and timelines
B. Recruitment Delivery
- Develop sourcing strategy per role
- Post vacancies and source candidates
- Conduct initial screening interviews
