We're looking for a high-performing Client Partner who can confidently manage client relationships, lead and support employees, and conduct effective training programs to drive strong operational performance and exceptional service delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being both client-facing and people-focused, with the ability to balance business needs, team development, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day client communications
Build, maintain, and grow long-term client relationships
Understand client expectations and ensure service levels are consistently met
Lead, supervise, and support assigned teams to ensure alignment with client requirements
Address employee concerns and provide coaching to improve individual and team performance
