The Opportunity:
The Fisher Investments Japan (FIJ) Client Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects relating to Japanese institutional client operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, in this role you will work directly with institutional clients and prospective clients, trust banks and custodians, and internal departments to carry out the demands of the sales and client service efforts in Japan.
The Day-to-Day:
Research and resolve operational issues pertaining to Japanese institutional investor accounts making independent decisions on resolutions
Oversee additions, withdrawals, and changes for institutional investors
Coordinate unique/ complex reporting requirements
Oversee operational tasks with high complexity through to completion
