About the Role

Job Description
Purpose of the job:
Acts as the liaison between the clients, commercials, and the operational teams. This role advises, suggests, and discusses solutions with the internal and external clients in terms of NielsenIQ Products without sales activities.
Key accountabilities (this area is not a detailed description of activities on the job):
Converting the clients’ needs into internal work orders
Close cooperation with operations and commercial groups to work more effectively with client inquiries processes and tools available
Overall accountability for the timely and accurate resolution of client requests including direct contact with the client (email, SF) in regard to technical or operational issues
Building positive relationships , to effectively facilitate meetings, provide support and remove obstacles through networking with stakeholders (operations and commercial groups, clients)
