About the Role

Now, they are looking for a Client Operation Executive - Chinese Speaking to join their team.
Responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service.
Attending client queries through phone calls and emails, being proactive, courteous, friendly, and helpful.
Ensuring that all client requests, issues, and complaints are resolved promptly and accurately, per defined policies, guidelines, terms, and conditions.
Promoting goodwill when dealing with clients and internal sales teams, maintaining good client relationships, achieving high client satisfaction, and retaining client loyalty.
Acting and suggest on improvement opportunities identified during daily work.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Good command of Chinese skills (HSK 5 or 6).
