This role is a 50:50 blend of customer‑facing and technical‑facing responsibilities. You’ll lead onboarding for new clients, map data fields across systems, and build documentation that ensures a smooth and scalable experience. You’ll also work closely with internal teams to refine SOPs and improve onboarding workflows.
