Client Finance Coordinator – RSO Architecture

Join our Client Finance Group where you will support accurate, timely, and efficient client billing and financial operations for both clients and internal teams. In this role, you will oversee client billing processes, track project expenses, and partner with producers and finance leadership to maintain financial accuracy across campaigns and projects. Your contributions will drive transparency, accountability, and seamless financial management across all client-facing initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Track client contracts and complete client billing in a timely manner.
• Confirm billing requirements and approve invoices for delivery.
• Review the billing schedule and project status with the Director of Finance and Financial Operations Manager.
