The Role
We're looking for someone who loves helping people, stays organized under pressure, and can manage client communications with warmth and professionalism.
You’ll be responsible for:
Client Communication
Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media (within 5 minutes) Provide warm, professional first contact for people seeking therapy Answer questions about our services, therapists, and fees Follow up with potential clients who haven't booked yet
Booking & Scheduling
Match clients with the right therapist based on their needs Schedule therapy sessions across multiple therapists Send session confirmations and reminders Handle rescheduling and cancellations Manage therapist availability ca...
