About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused
Client Experience Account Manager
to join our growing Customer Success team.
This role begins at the warm handoff from the Onboarding Coordinator and owns the ongoing execution, communication, and client success experience across assigned accounts.
Each Account Manager supports two Consultants and their portfolio of active consulting engagements. While Consultants lead high-level strategy and advisory conversations, the Account Manager serves as the operational driver and retention partner — ensuring execution happens, tools are properly utilized, and clients experience measurable monthly progress.
