We are seeking an experienced and motivated Client Engagement Liaison to support growth and occupancy across VMCH Disability Services. This role plays a key part in connecting prospective clients, families, support networks and referrers with VMCH services, while building strong relationships across disability referral pathways.
Reporting to the Client Engagement Manager, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote VMCH as a preferred disability service provider across our Disability Services.

You are a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and making a positive difference. You bring a proactive, results‑focused approach and are comfortable managing a diverse client pipeline.
