Client Director - Retrofit

At Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland, we’re looking for a Client Director – Retrofit to play a pivotal role in shaping long-term, strategic partnerships across the retrofit sector.

This is a senior, consultative role for someone who thrives on understanding complex client challenges and translating them into outcome-led solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll work with housing associations, consultancies and key stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements — from cost optimisation and sustainability performance to asset longevity and occupant wellbeing.

You’ll take ownership of senior relationships, influencing strategy and helping clients achieve long-term value from their property portfolios, while positioning Saint-Gobain as a partner of choice.

This is a home-based role covering North England & Scotland. A full UK driving licence is essential.
