About the Role
Elevate client support as a Case Manager with the Cochrane District Services Board. Focus on client needs, create stability pathways, and enhance community participation through a client-centered approach.
In this role, you will provide effective case management under the Ontario Works Program. You will work collaboratively to assess needs and develop stabilization goals while supporting clients in various applications for funding eligibility. This includes assessing skills, providing referrals, and collaborating with other service providers.
