Role Overview:

As a Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing client admissions, supporting daily routines, and ensuring the smooth operation of our residential facility. You will work closely with the clinical team, facility manager, and clients to deliver exceptional care while fostering a positive and therapeutic environment.
