About the Role
Optimal HR Group, on behalf of its client, a luxury fashion company, is looking to recruit a Client Advisor for its store in Athens.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding customers’ expectations.
- Consistently achieve monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Participating in client events and serving as an ambassador for the company.
- Discussing with clients and giving advice on general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market.
- Maintaining security standards within the store to ensure safety of customers, colleagues and merchandisers.
- Contributing to the daily operations of the store.
