Role Overview

We are hiring a Client Account Manager to support one of Zappy’s U.S. clients. You will manage a large portfolio of active client accounts and act as the primary point of contact for ongoing communication, coordination, and relationship management.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment , can manage dozens of relationships at once, and takes full ownership of client experience and retention.

Our clients hire Account Managers on a recurring basis , making this a stable, long-term opportunity with room for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for 30–50+ active client accounts
• Manage day-to-day communication via email, phone, Slack, and messaging tools
