1. Schedule Journeypersons based on skill, availability and job priority.
2. Adjust schedules daily for emergencies, delays or cancellations.
3. Communicate job details clearly to journeypersons before dispatch.
4. Track job progress throughout the day and reassign resources as needed.
5. Call customers to confirm appointments and updates.
6. Maintain an up‑to‑date dispatch board/software.
7. Ensure proper documentation and job notes are collected from journeypersons.
8. Make sure safety rules and vehicle checks are done every day.
