Job :
Write memos, correspondence, and replies to letters.
Ensure the formatting of documents and reports for internal or external use.
Sort documents and files.
Perform electronic storage and archiving of files using a Document Management System (DMS).
Manage appointments and the schedule of the General Management.
Take minutes or summarize conclusions from General Management meetings.
Organize travel logistics (scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, transportation, etc.).
Anticipate the needs of General Management to improve collaboration and service organization.
