Cleared Construction Manager
**This position is contingent upon contract award**
The Contractor shall provide a full-time Project/Construction Manager that shall meet the following expectations:
A degree in Project Management, Civil, Construction, or Architecture from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience with construction/facility projects of similar size, scope, and complexity
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Senior/Chief Project Manager responsible for supervising project managers, engineers and subcontractors
Demonstrated experience managing a multi-million dollar project portfolio , and balancing resources while maintaining cost and schedules
Demonstrated experience working in a 24x7 operational environment requiring close coordination with mission operation
