Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage the overall operations of multiple accounts during overnight shifts. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on cleaning experience. Main Duties Manage and oversee operations across multiple client accounts Coordinate complex scheduling based on scope of work and client requirements Participate in hiring and training of new staff Ensure all Health & Safety standards are maintained Complete and submit required administrative paperwork promptly Prepare work schedules and supervise specialized cleaners Manage staff schedules and timesheets using time management systems, aligned with provided budgets Conduct site inspections to ensure safety...
