Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Cleaning Supervisor / Coordinator to manage and coordinate daily cleaning operations at client sites.

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations at assigned sites
• Manage cleaners' attendance, schedule, and duty roster
• Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning methods
• Ensure cleaning work meets company quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and check completed work
• Handle staff issues and basic client complaints
• Communicate with management on site progress and problems
• Arrange and supply cleaning chemicals and equipment to locations
• Maintain proper records of chemical usage and stock
