Role Overview:
The Carpet Cleaner completes residential and commercial carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning as directed by the Cleaning Division Manager.
Requirements:
Candidates will have:
IICRC – CCT and UFTIICRC – OCT is desirableMinimum 3 years’ experienceValid class 5 driver’s license Skills:
Ability to work in fast paced environmentMaintain a flexible work scheduleAbility to work as part of a team KPI’s:
Maintain customer satisfaction ratings according to survey resultsComplete all jobs according to schedule requirementsAdhere to company safety policy at all timesEnsure truck mounts are prevented from freezing at all timesAttend all required meetings Role Responsibilities
