Classroom Assistant

Responsibilities :

• Assist teachers by supervising activities and working with children eg. reading and writing on an individual, class or small group.
• Assist to develop programmes of learning activities and adapting appropriate materials.
• Assist teachers prepare for activities, including CCA, outings, and sports events.
• Supporting teachers in the classroom by providing instructions, guidance, class rules.
• Monitor student's interactions, progress and provide feedback to teacher.
• Assist with marking, correction work and record keeping.
• Giving extra help to children with special need or those for whom English is not their first language.
• Carry out administrative duties such as preparing classroom materials.

Requirements :

• Diploma in Early Child Education or relevant certificates.
• Passion working with children of diverse cultures.
