Class 5 Delivery Driver

Job Title: Delivery Driver
Location: Saint John, NB
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $19.00-$21.00/Hour

Job Information

This position requires a strong body, a class 5 license, air brake endorsement and a clean driver abstract.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading merchandise and materials
• Follow company procedures for proper signage of documents, receipts, etc.
• Move heavy/bulky merchandise
• Perform light vehicle maintenance such as checking oil etc.
• Inform supervisor of product shortages or damage
• Safely secure cargo
• Execute additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Class 5 license
• Air brake endorsement
• Clean driver abstract (dated within 30 days)
• Lift up to 50 lbs to and from company vehicle (helper provided for heavier lifts)
