Claims Specialist

The opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Claims Specialists to join our team, supporting claims management across a large, national transport operation. This role plays a critical part in overseeing vehicle, property and third-party injury claims, while working closely with our insurer partners, including QBE.

You’ll be involved in:

• Managing the end-to-end processing of all claims across Kinetic, including motor, property, and third-party injury.
• Acting as the key liaison for QBE insurance- related matters.
• Leading and guiding evidence collection and investigation processes.
• Managing purchase order and repair shop-related invoices for claims-related activity
