What you do

You work in the division Health & Benefits Claims Germany. We deal with processing of demanding health insurance cases in Germany and abroad. With a great deal of interest in medical matters in contact with customers, we enable professional processing. From the initial correspondence to the conclusion, including the examination of recourse options. We work in a specialized team and use a global network of providers, doctors and other experts.

Your key responsibilities:

• Examination of insurance cover including pre-claims and premium check

• Examination of entitlement to benefits in accordance with the terms and conditions of insurance

• Assessment of medical facts and diagnoses
