Salary Package: $70,000 - $80,000 + Super
Role Highlights: Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Claims Officer to join their established team. You will manage claims end-to-end, applying high attention to detail and delivering excellent customer service. You will liaise with multiple stakeholders to deliver consistent and well-managed claims outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims end-to-end, assessing coverage and ensuring compliance within delegated authority
- Apply policy wordings and make informed coverage determinations
- Maintain accurate and compliant records across internal systems
- Monitor claim progress to ensure service standards and timeframes are met
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders and internal teams
