Commercial Motor Claims Officer (Commercial, Fleet and Leasing)

We’re looking for a customer-focused and commercially minded Claims Officer to manage end-to-end Commercial, Fleet and Leasing motor claims.

This role is all about strong relationships, sound judgement and delivering quality outcomes for customers, brokers and partners.

We have two 12-month contract opportunities available, based in Melbourne. 

What you’ll do

• Manage end-to-end Commercial, Fleet and Leasing motor claims with a strong customer focus
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, proactively keeping customers, brokers and stakeholders informed
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Fleet clients, including acting as a key point of contact at time of claim
• Assess information, develop action plans and make sound claims decisions
