RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle claims against diverse opponents for various types of cargo worldwide.
• Analyze the factual elements of a specific case.
• Maintain clients informed and provide updates on the status of claims.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants or third parties

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Fluent or Native 
  English

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
