About the Role
We are seeking an energetic Claims Coordinator to join our client on a permanent basis. This position will involve assisting clients who have been displaced from their homes. The successful candidate will be able to follow instructions with minimal supervision, work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment and will be able to show sensitivity and professionalism to their customers. Role & Responsibilities:
- Address customer claims, gather requirements, inputting information to the system, follow up on claims and required information.
- Managing incoming calls.
- Effectively communicate (both written and spoken).
