Civils Project Manager

Lead the delivery of early civil works packages, including underground services, building pads, utilities (power, water, drainage), and structural foundations.

As Civils Project Manager, coordinate design reviews to ensure construction documentation reflects site conditions and constructability requirements.

Manage and oversee subcontractors and vendors delivering PUF works, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Interface closely with other package leads (CSA, MEP, BIM, etc.) to ensure a smooth transition from early works to main construction activities.

Monitor progress against milestones, manage reporting, and provide regular updates to Construction Management and Project Controls.

Ensure full compliance with local regulations, health & safety legislation, and client specifications.
