We are seeking a Civils Lead to join our team and manage civil work packages on a hyperscale project. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction project management, particularly within civil engineering.

Manage the coordination of civil work packages on this hyperscale project. Lead a project team of 20+ professionals, including package managers, design managers, engineers, and site supervisors. Support your team in managing 10+ subcontractors with a combined package value exceeding £100m. Oversee contractors’ design elements, ensuring designs are completed and relevant approvals are in place before on-site construction. Ensure Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes are followed by subcontractors carrying out works under your supervision.
