Civil Supervisor

As a Civil Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and coordinate daily site activities across civil structures and subdivision works
• Supervise and motivate crew members, subcontractors, and labour resources
• Ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and on-time delivery
• Work collaboratively with Project Management to drive outcomes and resolve site-based challenges
