Civil & Structural Project Manager

Overview

Enersense Engineering Oy is currently seeking a Civil & Structural Project Manager to join our client’s team in industrial, infrastructure and data center projects in Helsinki.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all Civil & Structural work packages from site setup through commissioning and closeout
• Plan and manage costs, budgets, labour resources, commissioning activities and overall project performance in collaboration with the Project Manager, Planner and other stakeholders
• Direct civil and structural site setup and execution, ensuring best-practice documentation, reporting and schedules are implemented
• Coordinate programme, sequencing and design interfaces with planners, subcontractors and consultants to meet client, safety, quality and schedule requirements
• Oversee daily site operations, including progress reporting, manpower control and subcontractor performance
