About the Role
CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators for key civil and landfill projects across Gladstone, QLD.
These roles offer consistent work with Monday to Saturday, 10–12 hour shifts , and the opportunity for ongoing, long-term employment for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking operators experienced (but not limited to) operating:
- Moxy's
- Compactors
- Rollers
- Excavators
- Front end loaders
- HR Watercarts
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil construction or similar heavy industry environments.
- Current RII Machine Operating tickets.
- Blue or White Construction Card.
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport.
- Physically fit and able to work 10–12 hour shifts. ...
