Position Summary
G4S Digital Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Estimating Intern to support our estimating and project teams in preparing cost estimates for civil and infrastructure-related projects. This internship offers practical exposure to construction estimating, quantity takeoffs, project documentation, and bid preparation within the security and digital infrastructure industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing cost estimates for civil construction and infrastructure projects.
Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
Perform quantity takeoffs for excavation, concrete, trenching, foundations, duct banks, and related civil works.
Support senior estimators in obtaining supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Help prepare bid submissions, pricing sheets, and cost analysis reports.
Maintain estimating databases, project files, and material pricing records.
