About the Role

 Responsibilities 
What your day will look like
Project Delivery & Coordination (Approx. 60%)
Lead and coordinate engineering scopes related to community and municipal infrastructure, including water/wastewater, roads, site servicing, drainage, and related works
Act as a project manager or technical lead, depending on project needs
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, drawing on technical specialists from Dillon offices across Canada as required
Work directly with clients, regulators, utilities, and other stakeholders
Support construction administration and field activities, including travel to Northern communities
Apply territorial standards and regulatory requirements in project delivery
This role offers a mix of office-based work and time in the field, with projects that vary in scale, setting, and complexity — no two weeks look exactly the same.
