Office Civil Engineer (QA/QC/Quantity Surveying)
Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Office Civil Engineer with a strong background in Quantity Surveying/QA/QC to join our growing Construction and Real Estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimates, project documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure projects are completed within budget and scope.
Key Responsibilities
Quantity Surveying / Cost Control
- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities
- Review construction plans and specifications for cost accuracy
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and cost reporting
- Evaluate contractor, supplier, and subcontractor quotations
- Prepare variation orders, progress billings, and cost summaries
