They require a Project Manager/Technical Bid Lead to provide expert civil engineering support to the estimating and proposals teams, 

working closely with designers, estimators, and supply chain partners. 

You will play a vital role in developing design and build tenders, assessing technical risks and opportunities, and crafting clear, 

compelling submissions for clients.
