Build High-Performing Teams: Responsible for hiring, staffing, and supervising Hub Managers and the wider leadership teams within your cluster. You ensure the right people are in the right roles and create long-term sustainability. Ownership & Accountability: Actively coach Hub Managers to grow into their roles, building a culture of true ownership and accountability. You set clear expectations, lead by example and make feedback part of everyday work. Talent Management: Identify High Potentials within your cluster and work closely with the People Team to create succession plans and career paths. Active Presence: Be a visible and approachable leader.
