Citrix Engineer

• 7+ years of experience in Citrix administration/engineering
• Design, deploy, and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments
• Manage and optimize Citrix ADC (NetScaler) for load balancing, security, and performance
• Support Citrix Workspace, StoreFront, Director, and related components
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure high availability
• Implement security best practices aligned with banking and compliance standards
• Perform upgrades, patches, and migrations for Citrix infrastructure
• Work closely with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes
• Provide L3/L4 support and mentor junior engineers
