Job description Core Responsibilities
- Riverbed Device Management Configuration troubleshooting and optimization of WAN networks using Riverbed appliances
- Network Performance Monitoring Using tools like Riverbed NetIM Net Profiler and App Response for SNMP based monitoring traffic analysis and device health checks
- Project Planning Documentation Includes IP schema design network diagrams PMRUPP reports risk registers and BCP plans
- Integration Upgrade Planning Coordinating Riverbed upgrades eg NetIM version upgrades ISO updates and vendor support
